We are developing a retirement complex (aged 50 plus) and providing a very limited number of prospective CASH INVESTORS an unbelievable opportunity to pre-invest in the development and gain a guaranteed 30 %, and up to 50 % return within three years, besides the natural appreciation in the value of the property itself. It entails a CASH investment against the security of a unit/units in the complex, as follows: The first five units sold for CASH will be sold at R1-million each (as opposed to R1.295 million), and will in fact be the first five units to be built. So the opportunity is either for five individual investors at R1-million each, or from fewer investors buying multiple units, or a single investor into five units. To the prospective investor, this means an immediate gain of almost R300 000 per a R1-million invested! As an additional benefit, and to further safeguard your investment, we as the developers will provide a contractual undertaking to purchase the investment unit/s back from the investor/s at the launch price (which is R1.295 million per unit) after three years, should the investor/s wish to exercise that option.
